The Engagement Specialist is responsible for the organization and execution of both internal and external events, projects, and initiatives with the rest of the Engagement team. The ability to plan, delegate, and execute events and projects are key. This role also manages all questions from outside vendors and team members regarding upcoming initiatives, job shadowing, Uzone help and related questions on the team. The Engagement Specialist is the go-to leader on the team, utilizes all resources and ensures work is credible, accurate, timely, and simplified when communicating verbally or in written form.

The Trading Support Specialist on the Trading Desk will support the transactional activities of the trading and pooling teams. The role will include data entry of trades, supporting the back office Assignment of Trades (AOT) & Gestation paperwork, daily reconciliation and confirmation of the margin call requests and tracking and documenting daily market data. Expected to perform multiple functions across the Secondary Marketing area, inclusive of routine operational work and trade support, with direct supervision.
