At UWM, our Fair Lending Officer will aid in the assessment and remediation of risks associated with applicable fair lending laws. You will get in the weeds with respect to our HMDA data and oversee the fair lending program. Plus, with the assistance of our third-party vendor, you will perform periodic analysis and lending and denial activity to document and address fair lending risks.
