The Maintenance Technician is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of facilities or commercial construction experience that is eager to learn and likes to get the job done right! Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed working on carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across over 2 Million square feet of commercial office space. The shift for this role is 11am-8pm.
The Clean Team Leader will lead a team of 8-14 individuals responsible for building sanitation both inside and outside the facility. The Clean Team Lead focuses on keeping the entire building clean and sanitized, ordering company supplies, inventory management, and general facilities support. In this role, one must be able to multi-task effectively, communicate clearly, and have a high sense of urgency. This role will need to lead team members effectively, and must have a background in team building, and leadership.
The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility and the surrounding grounds including but not limited to entryways, stairwells, restrooms, kitchens, and lobby areas.
The Building Support Specialist is responsible for all campus needs. In this role, one must be able to provide elite client service and have a strong sense of urgency. This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI. The shift is 7am-4pm (M-F).
Handing all incoming and assisting with outgoing mail and packages. Deliver of packages to team members throughout the building. Gathering mail data and tracking packages.
Our Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus. And must provide assistance to the entire United Services department, along with interior buildouts. Shifts available are 9am-6pm or 8pm-5am.
