The Servicing Operations Specialist I is a member of the Special Services team within the Servicing division at UWM. This team is responsible for Loan Boarding, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System), investor requests, all internal and external Servicing Audits and various adhoc requests that enter into the Servicing team. The Servicing Operations Specialist I role is an entry level role into the Special Services team and will be hired with a specific focus on Loan Boarding or MERS as well as other needs that arise.
The Servicing Construction Specialist is a member of the Servicing team within the Servicing division at UWM. This position is responsible for managing the entire Escrow Holdback process and Servicing of construction loan products post-consummation. The monitoring of escrow holdbacks will require communicating with vendors, contractors, title agents, brokers and borrowers on a daily basis. Escrow holdbacks and Construction loans have specific timeframe requirements for completion of work and this position will be responsible for monitoring the process of the required work until fully executed.
