The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing email, marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys that drive the reputation and growth of the nation’s #1 wholesale mortgage lender and Detroit’s fastest growing company, UWM.  In this role, you’ll leverage our data and technology to build and send emails, develop, document and implement journeys, and solve key communication challenges. The Marketing Strategist is responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of integrated marketing and communication strategies to support the growth of our business (United Wholesale Mortgage) and the wholesale mortgage lending channel. This role will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of initiatives and tactics to deliver on those strategies. You’ll champion and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including research, brand strategy, digital strategy, planning, reporting and a heavy emphasis on content creation. You’ll work in partnership with internal teams across disciplines, existing and prospective clients and industry partners to confidently and consistently define business needs, identify critical content and marketing support gaps, and develop relevant solutions across channels and platforms - including digital, website, email, social media, video, collateral, presentations, paid media, PR, branding and more.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Planner & Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our paid media efforts. The Servicing Construction and Escrow Holdback Coordinator is a member of the Servicing team within the Servicing division at UWM. This position is responsible for managing the entire Escrow Holdback process and Servicing of construction loan products post-consummation. The monitoring of escrow holdbacks will require communicating with vendors, contractors, title agents, brokers and borrowers on a daily basis. Escrow holdbacks and Construction loans have specific timeframe requirements for completion of work and this position will be responsible for monitoring the process of the required work until fully executed. This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.

Working as a liaison between United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) and our clients is a truly rewarding position. As a Customer Care Servicing Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact among our mortgage clients, maintaining relationships that have been long-established, and being there to advise and direct as needed. All it takes is exceptional client service skills and a love of talking — this role is within the Customer Care team in Servicing, and will be heavily focused on phone contact with clients.This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.
