The Servicing Operations Specialist I is a member of the Special Services team within the Servicing division at UWM. This team is responsible for Loan Boarding, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System), investor requests, all internal and external Servicing Audits and various adhoc requests that enter into the Servicing team. The Servicing Operations Specialist I role is an entry level role into the Special Services team and will be hired with a specific focus on Loan Boarding or MERS as well as other needs that arise.
The Customer Care Servicing Liaison will be responsible for identifying communication and process improvement opportunities and implementing them within the Servicing Team and its vendors. The Liaison will track complaints and escalations and develop plans to improve processes and communications.

The Servicing Quality Control Auditor will perform audits, review audit results on loans being currently serviced/sold by United Wholesale Mortgage. This includes an analysis of loan boarding, payments, Performing Loan requirements and non-performing loan requirements. These requirements include but are not limited to Servicing Investor guidelines (FNMA.FHLMC, FHA etc.), Federal and State regulations. Review and validate defect notifications received from internal and external sources to diminish exposure to repurchase risk. The auditor will review calls and other work performed by the customer care team as well as the sub servicer call team. This role requires onsite attendance.
