The CX Content Developer is responsible for creating, editing and managing various types of training content and partnering with all teams to provide necessary training and materials. We need a rock star candidate who can dig deep with business leaders to determine training needs then create a plan to accomplish those training needs. The CX Content Developer will be expected to create and maintain training material and process documentation as well as facilitate trainings. The individual we’re looking for should communicate at a very high level and possess advanced writing and computer skills.
The Lock Desk Specialist would be required to cover a broad area of responsibilities within the Lock Desk Team, which includes completing lock desk functions based on requests from both internal and external clients, monitoring and completing requests from assigned work queues, and handling questions from internal and external clients.
The Secondary Marketing Analyst will be required to cover a broad area of responsibilities within Secondary Marketing, which may include best execution, pooling, model maintenance, and reporting and analysis. Expected to perform multiple functions across the Secondary Marketing area, inclusive of routine operational work, report building, and pooling and delivery support, with direct supervision.
