The Talent Coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects, overseeing marketing deadlines, generating talent reports, and supporting additional talent initiatives as needed.
As a TMS Data & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating solutions to team members on questions they have with their information held within our HRIS, UKG Pro. On TMS Data & Payroll, the focus is on all confidential team member data. This role’s responsibility is maintaining the health of our HRIS system and auditing the data received from various platforms. We are consistently running reports to analyze and perform daily audits to ensure all team members position information and pay reflect correctly.
The Payroll Specialist performs payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports and resolving any issues that may arise. This position will also be required to process a monthly commissioned based payroll in addition to the bi-weekly payments.
Our Campus Wellness Coordinator will focus on the health and well-being of Team Members through activities that improve morale, productivity and making UWM a great place to work. Responsibilities usually vary widely, keeping every day exciting. Generally, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, occasional evening/weekend hours might be required.
