UWM’s exclusive Rotational Program provides broad exposure across multiple teams within UWM. While open to all applicants, the rotational nature of this program is designed for both professionals with experience seeking new opportunities and early career professionals with proven leadership skills and an innovative mindset. After 12 months of rotational immersion throughout UWM, the team member will be placed in a meaningful role, in which their yearlong journey of education, relationship building, and teamwork will amplify their ability to support our clients and team members.
