This position will track all aspects of our current occupancy and space plans. Provide strategic planning assistance to senior leadership with regards to how we are utilizing our office space and be able to forecast shortages in order to help us stay ahead of possible deficits. Be able to assist departments in physical moves and new hire placement.This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.

Our Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus. And must provide assistance to the entire United Services department, along with interior buildouts. Shift available is 9am-6pm

Responsibilities include making sure our Team Members and guests have plenty of caffeine! Making sure coffee is made, kitchens are clean and areas also have plenty of supplies. 

The Maintenance Technician is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of facilities or commercial construction experience that is eager to learn and likes to get the job done right! Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed working on carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC assistance across over 2 Million square feet of commercial office space. The shift for this opening is Monday-Friday 11am-8pm. 

The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility and the surrounding grounds including but not limited to entryways, stairwells, restrooms, kitchens, and lobby areas.

Handing all incoming and assisting with outgoing mail and packages.  Deliver of packages to team members throughout the building.  Gathering mail data and tracking packages.
