Our Training team is one of the fastest growing areas within UWM, which houses some of our most talented team members. Our Instructional Designer will partner with teams throughout the supported areas to provide necessary trainings or materials to team members. We need a team member who can dig deep with business leaders to determine training needs then create a plan to accomplish those training needs. The Instructional Designer will be expected to create and maintain training material and process documentation, through the use of our internal programs. The designer we’re looking for should communicate at a high level and possess writing and computer skills. This position is 100% onsite located in Pontiac, Michigan
