The Marketing Strategist is responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of integrated marketing and communication strategies to support the growth of our business (United Wholesale Mortgage) and the wholesale mortgage lending channel.
This role will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of initiatives and tactics to deliver on those strategies. You’ll champion and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including research, brand strategy, digital strategy, planning, reporting and a heavy emphasis on content creation. You’ll work in partnership with internal teams across disciplines, existing and prospective clients and industry partners to confidently and consistently define business needs, identify critical content and marketing support gaps, and develop relevant solutions across channels and platforms - including digital, website, email, social media, video, collateral, presentations, paid media, PR, branding and more.
The Social Media Strategist will work closely with brand owners, designers, animators and fellow social experts to develop, implement and support comprehensive social strategies across paid and owned social media channels.For this role, we’re looking for someone with experience in both social strategy development and execution, with the drive and capacity to leadbrand-level social media efforts, stay on the leading-edge of trends and technologies, and advocate for new approaches that advance our brand(s) and their goals.
As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll be responsible for long-term planning and daily content development. You’ll maintain a cross-channel content calendar, posting the right content at the right time (organic and paid) to maximize interaction and grow social’s impact on our brand reputation and loyalty. You will join a fast-paced, growing team where you’ll show off your creative abilities to push out top- tier video content to our audience. The content being produced will be highly relevant to UWM’s social and web presence. This person will be responsible for not only shooting engaging footage, but establishing a video editing style and aesthetic for a variety of different projects by working closely with our team of writers and designers.
