The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility and the surrounding grounds including but not limited to entryways, stairwells, restrooms, kitchens, and lobby areas.

Document the needs and decisions that the project team has or makes and ensure that they are followed through.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of facilities or commercial construction experience that is eager to learn and likes to get the job done right! Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed working on carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across over 2 Million square feet of commercial office space. The shift for this opening is 11am-8pm. 

The Maintenance Tech Team Leader is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. We are looking for someone with 3 years of facilities or commercial construction leadership. Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians that are responsible for carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, and more across nearly 2 Million square feet of commercial office space.

The Building Support Specialist is responsible for all campus needs. In this role, one must be able to provide elite client service and have a strong sense of urgency.This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI. The shift available: 7am-4pm and 11am-8pm (M-F). 

The Shipping and Receiving Leader is responsible for leading a team in receiving in coming and preparing out bound mail. In this role, one must be able to provide elite client service and have a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail. Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and team members.

Our Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus. And must provide assistance to the entire United Services department, along with interior buildouts. Shift available is 9am-6pm

Handing all incoming and assisting with outgoing mail and packages.  Deliver of packages to team members throughout the building.  Gathering mail data and tracking packages.
