The Marketing Strategist is responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of integrated marketing and communication strategies to support the growth of our business (United Wholesale Mortgage) and the wholesale mortgage lending channel. This role will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of initiatives and tactics to deliver on those strategies. He/she will work in partnership with internal teams across disciplines, existing and prospective clients and industry partners to confidently and consistently define business needs, identify critical content and marketing support gaps, and develop relevant solutions across channels and platforms - including digital, website, email, social media, video, collateral, presentations, paid media, PR, branding and more. He/she will be responsible for strategy and content development across these channels.

This individual is responsible for day-to-day management of initiatives on a tactical, project level. It is an internal-facing role, which interacts primarily with Sales, Secondary Marketing, Compliance and the Marketing team but will also interact with other teams to facilitate initiatives through the project lifecycle as needed.   The Marketing Sales Liaison is responsible for, and leads, the translation of business launches and requirements into formal project briefs and sees each project through to successful completion.

The Digital Project Owner is responsible for planning and managing project plans that keep our teams informed and aligned, priorities in order, and ensure projects stay on track. In this role, you’ll to work with a highly talented marketing team who develop and execute campaigns and product roll-outs across a diverse set of marketing channels (including website, email, social media, virtual events, and more) that drive the reputation and growth of the nation’s #1 wholesale mortgage lender and Detroit’s fastest growing company, UWM. You’ll lead meetings with internal stakeholders to identify project deliverables, create schedules and timelines, assess risk, ensure quality and compliance standards are met, and facilitate strong communication to ensure timely delivery.  If you have experience managing digital marketing projects in a fast-paced highly-collaborative environment, have a positive and confident attitude, and are highly organized self-starter who can work on multiple projects with minimal supervision, we want you on our team!
