The Corporate Counsel will be working with all the teams in the Company to provide assistance in implementing the Company’s Compliance Management System. 

The Systems Engineer will work with internal and external clients to create and implement enterprise policies, procedures and standards around Windows Server, VMware and other various platforms. This position will collaborate with a team of engineers supporting virtualization, containers, storage, backup/recovery and automation efforts. This position requires a deep understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies and the ability to isolate, analyze and resolve technical issues.

As a TMS Data Analyst you will be focused on partnering with teams company-wide to provide automated and ad-hoc report requests. This reporting is generated based off data in UKG Pro, our HRIS system. On People Analytics, we are responsible for all information that is housed within UKG Pro and as a TMS Data Analyst, you will become a subject matter expert on the UKG Pro system as well as our Workforce Dimensions time management system. Within this role, you will be communicating solutions to team members on questions they have with company policy; especially concerning PTO, pay statements, role, etc.. We’re looking for a trainer who is passionate about training, and developing our team members, UWM’s role in the lending process, our organization, and what sets us apart from our competition. You’ll be responsible for participating in the course’s design, development, facilitation, and maintenance of course materials directly relating to the above-mentioned areas. The focus for this role will be on facilitating training to the areas of the organization we support, identifying additional training needs, working closely with Training Coordinators and Instructional Designers regarding training materials and resources, as well as working closely with those areas of the business we support.
