The Servicing Construction Liaison is a member of the Servicing team within the Servicing division at UWM. This position is responsible for managing inquiries from all internal and external parties regarding One-Time Close Construction Loans. This will require communicating with vendors, contractors, title agents, brokers and borrowers on a daily basis. The role will also be a support resource for internal teams such as Sales, Underwriting, and Closing. Construction loans have specific timeframe requirements for completion of work and additional setup requirements. This position will be responsible for managing the one-offs and educating the parties included to ensure the success of the transaction and project.

The Head of Cash will oversee all aspects of the cash management and servicing department. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record in managing cash operations within the mortgage servicing sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance.This position requires 100% on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI. 

The Servicing Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing time-sensitive tasks and expertly performing data entry with strong attention to detail. They will input new servicing matters into internal records, communicate with servicing companies using their case management systems, and handle confidential documents by reviewing, scanning, tracking, and submitting them to various servicers. This role also involves drafting business communication, preparing reports, and performing various tasks as assigned by leadership.

The Servicing Instructional Designer will partner with servicing teams provide necessary trainings or materials to team members. We need a team member who can dig deep with business leaders to determine training needs then create a plan to accomplish those training needs. The Instructional Designer will be expected to create and maintain training material and process documentation, through the use of our internal programs. The designer we’re looking for should communicate at a high level and possess writing and computer skills.  This position will report directly to the SVP Head of Servicing.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced System Administrator for Ice MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform), to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the system, ensuring compliance with mortgage servicing industry regulations. The position requires a deep understanding of system administration, security access management, and workflow coordination, along with extensive knowledge of MSP, Passport, and related functionalities.  This position will report directly to the SVP Head of Servicing. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.

The Corporate Counsel assists leaders on the Legal and Vendor Relations teams by performing a variety of legal and procurement related duties, with a primary focus on reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts.This position requires 100% on-site attendance in our Pontiac office.
