The Engagement Coordinator will forecast, develop, and implement marketing and communication strategies that support all Engagement initiatives.

This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily assisting the leave of absences team.  The FMLA Coordinator will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed. This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.
