The Servicing Construction and Escrow Holdback Coordinator is a member of the Servicing team within the Servicing division at UWM. This position is responsible for managing the entire Escrow Holdback process and Servicing of construction loan products post-consummation. The monitoring of escrow holdbacks will require communicating with vendors, contractors, title agents, brokers and borrowers on a daily basis. Escrow holdbacks and Construction loans have specific timeframe requirements for completion of work and this position will be responsible for monitoring the process of the required work until fully executed.

As an HR Reporting Specialist you will be focused on partnering with teams company-wide to provide automated and ad-hoc report requests. Our Payroll Specialists perform payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports and resolving any issues that may arise.
