Our Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus. And must provide assistance to the entire United Services department, along with interior buildouts.

The Maintenance Technician is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of facilities or commercial construction experience that is eager to learn and likes to get the job done right! Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed working on carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across over 2 Million square feet of commercial office space. The shift for this opening is 11am-8pm. 

Handing all incoming and assisting with outgoing mail and packages.  Deliver of packages to team members throughout the building.  Gathering mail data and tracking packages.

The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility and the surrounding grounds including but not limited to entryways, stairwells, restrooms, kitchens, and lobby areas.

Responsibilities include making sure our Team Members and guests have plenty of caffeine! Making sure coffee is made, kitchens are clean and areas also have plenty of supplies. Also responsible for gym upkeep.

This 200-acre campus includes three commercial office spaces that total over 2M square feet – all beautifully and meticulously maintained and manicured.  The Campus Grounds Specialist serves as a liaison between our building facilities and grounds maintenance teams, and/or outside vendors. In this role, you would oversee all efforts related to landscaping, grounds upkeep and improvement. This includes oversight of daily operations, project planning/design/execution, and scheduling logistics for Team Members and outside vendors.
