This position is primarily responsible for owning our pipeline of Non-Agency loans and secondarily responsible for the pipeline of mortgage insurance loans. The Pipeline Specialist is actively involved in ensuring our pipeline of Non-Agency closed loans is delivered and sold to the investor. In addition, this role is responsible in making sure all our loans with mortgage insurance are committed with the MI providers at the correct rate and coverage levels.
The Loan Delivery Support team member will be responsible for the first step in the process to delivery loans to our Non-Agency investors. The team member will be reviewing and uploading document packages to due diligence companies. In addition, the team member will be responsible for other support functions during the process of the due diligence loan review in order to ensure that all loans are funded in a fast turn-time.
The Senior Lock Desk Specialist would be required to cover a broad area of responsibilities within the Lock Desk Team, which includes completing lock desk functions based on requests from both internal and external clients, monitoring and completing requests from assigned work queues, and handling questions from internal and external clients.
The primary focus of this position will be daily P&L Reporting and attribution as well as creating and implementing new models and concepts to enhance the accuracy, profitability, and efficiently of financial accounting and managing our interest rate risk position using the QRM Framework. Expected to perform multiple functions across the Secondary Marketing area, including developing and maintaining model inputs and improving the accuracy and efficiency of modeling interest rate risk.
