Our Campus Wellness Coordinator will focus on the health and well-being of Team Members through activities that improve morale, productivity and making UWM a great place to work. Responsibilities usually vary widely, keeping every day exciting. Generally, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, occasional evening/weekend hours might be required. Most time will be spent within our Fitness Center or surrounding outdoor campus areas. There may be some local travel involved if we participate in events with the community or local businesses.

Our Payroll Administrator performs payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports and resolving any issues that may arise. This position will also be required to process a monthly commissioned based payroll in addition to the weekly payments.

The Recruiting Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team and ensuring the efficient operation of the hiring process. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, running reports from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCIMS, and assisting with entry-level recruiting responsibilities.

This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily handling leave of absences. The Benefits Specialist will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed.

As an HR Reporting Specialist you will be focused on partnering with teams company-wide to provide automated and ad-hoc report requests. This reporting is generated based off data in UKG Pro, our HRIS system. As a TMS Business Partner, you will be responsible for communicating solutions to team members on questions they have with their information held within our HRIS, UKG Pro. On People Analytics, the focus is on all confidential team member data. This role’s responsibility is maintaining the health of our HRIS system and auditing the data received from various platforms. We are consistently running reports to analyze and perform daily audits to ensure all team members position information and pay reflect correctly. You will also be responsible for overseeing the configuration, support and design of current HR systems, and the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned HR systems.

In addition to engaging the local community, you will also engage with our 8,000+ Team Members every day. You will help our users with navigating through our Pay It Forward charitable platform and network with outside charities/foundations both locally and nationally. This will involve management of relationships with our existing partners, and developing new ways for our Team Members to interact with the community and learn about different events.
