As a team, we report on people data and compile trending reporting for all teams within UWM. We support them by providing consistent feedback and visibility to help ensure that our company is running as smoothly as possible! As the leader of the People Analytics team, you will help take UWM to the next level by supporting the team in new ways of reporting and creating efficiencies of how our data is presented to teams throughout UWM. The People Analytics (data side of data and payroll) team is responsible for working with senior leadership to provide valuable insights that guide business decisions, maintaining the health of our HRIS system (UKG Pro), auditing team member data, and managing the AskTMS platform. On the People Analytics team, the focus is centered on confidential team member data, and as a result, the team maintains a high level of integrity. As the People Analytics Coordinator, you will be assigned projects and tasks that help make the People Analytics team more efficient as well as provide solutions to team member questions that involve company policy.
