The Servicing Operations Specialist III is a member of the Special Services team within the Servicing division at UWM. This team is responsible for Loan Boarding, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System), investor requests, all internal and external Servicing Audits and various adhoc requests that enter into the Servicing team. The Servicing Operations Specialist III role is an experienced role within the Special Services team with a specific focus on handling all internal and external audit requests as well as all investor requests and needs.
Working as a liaison between United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) and our clients is a truly rewarding position. As a Customer Care Servicing Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact among our mortgage clients, maintaining relationships that have been long-established, and being there to advise and direct as needed. All it takes is exceptional client service skills and a love of talking — this role is within the Customer Care team in Servicing, and will be heavily focused on phone contact with clients.
The Servicing Data Coordinator will be working closely with all Servicing Leaders and multiple IT teams as a Subject Matter Expert for Servicing to provide feedback and request support for application and client needs, as well as any other technology analytics requested for the success of the Team.
