The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of recruiting in-house Technology positions including job posting management on all websites we utilize, researching prospective candidates, sourcing candidates when necessary, conducting phone interviews, scheduling face to face interviews, scheduling leader face to face interviews, extending offers and declining unqualified candidates, and completing necessary paperwork and processes to on-board our new hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist pro-actively works with hiring leaders to tailor to their specific hiring needs, their team's specific culture and fit, follow up on new hires, and stay in high communication regarding their success and performance in their roles, as well as anticipate future talent needs for each specific team and hiring leader.

This entry-level position is responsible for performing a wide variety of Benefit related functions, including assistance to the benefits team for a variety of special projects. Also included is the performance of Wellness related initiatives.
The Engagement Specialist is responsible for the organization and execution of both internal and external events, projects, and initiatives with the rest of the Engagement team. The ability to plan, delegate, and execute events and projects are key. This role also manages all questions from outside vendors and team members regarding upcoming initiatives, job shadowing, Uzone help and related questions on the team. The Engagement Specialist will also communicate directly with Team Member Referrals on BIG rotations, Summer Team Member placements, trainings, and create content that promote our all our pillars in the workplace.
UWM is seeking a Community Outreach Ambassador to promote community awareness of our people-centric culture and mission of helping others. In addition to engaging the local community, you will also engage with our 8,000+ Team Members every day. You will help our users navigating through our Pay It Forward charitable platform and network with outside charities/foundations both locally and nationally. This will involve management of relationships with our existing partners, and developing new ways for our Team Members to interact with the community and learn about different charities.
