This includes being a member of a critical team that provides a red carpet experience for all of our clients - both internally and externally. Our Associate Talent Acquisition Specialists are typically the first point of contact with our applicants. You will be conducting phone screens with a detailed line of questions and partnering with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to determine the best possible fit for our applicants.
Our payroll specialists perform payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports and resolving any issues that may arise. This position will also be required to process a monthly commissioned based payroll in addition to the weekly payments

The Team Relations Specialist partners with designated business units to provide support in all instances pertaining to the growth and performance of team members. They will utilize sound judgment and employee relations tools to provide solutions, mediation, promote relationship building, and positive experiences for all team members. The ideal candidate has a high level of emotional intelligence, is solution-oriented, passionate about helping people, and excellent at communicating with all teams, leaders, and team members within the company.
As a TMS Data Analyst you will be focused on partnering with teams company-wide to provide automated and ad-hoc report requests. This reporting is generated based off data in UKG Pro, our HRIS system. On People Analytics, we are responsible for all information that is housed within UKG Pro and as a TMS Data Analyst, you will become a subject matter expert on the UKG Pro system as well as our Workforce Dimensions time management system. Within this role, you will be communicating solutions to team members on questions they have with company policy; especially concerning PTO, pay statements, role, etc.. In addition, we also focus on company-wide initiatives, this includes the UWM Company Survey, 10 Days to Live a Dream, and assisting our payroll team with follow-up on open timecards and timecard auditing.

The Talent Team is the heartbeat of UWM, it’s essential to our continued growth and success. As a University Recruiter, you are responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of our Summer Internship Program, including: job posting management through Handshake & LinkedIn, sourcing prospective candidates, collaborating with senior leadership throughout the company, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, extending offers and completing necessary paperwork to on-board the Summer Team Members. On top of day-to-day recruiting efforts, the University Recruiter also supports the Campus Ambassador & Externship Programs. University Recruiters work with a high sense of urgency, have the ability to multi-task and can handle multiple projects at once.
This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily handling ADA Accommodations, and medical instances pertaining to Team Members. The Benefits Specialist will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed.
As a team, we report on people data and compile trending reporting for all teams within UWM. We support them by providing consistent feedback and visibility to help ensure that our company is running as smoothly as possible! As the leader of the People Analytics team, you will help take UWM to the next level by supporting the team in new ways of reporting and creating efficiencies of how our data is presented to teams throughout UWM. This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.

Responsibilities usually vary widely, keeping every day exciting. Generally, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, occasional evening/weekend hours might be required.
