This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily handling leave of absences.  The Benefits Specialist will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed.

The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of recruiting in-house including: job posting management on all websites we utilize, researching prospective candidates, sourcing candidates when necessary, conducting phone interviews, scheduling face to face interviews, scheduling leader face to face interviews, extending offers and declining unqualified candidates, and completing necessary paperwork and processes to on-board our new hires. You will play a dynamic role in our overall Team Member Services team (we prefer "TMS" to the outdated term "Human Resources"). This includes being a member of a critical team that provides a red carpet experience for all of our clients - both internally and externally.  Our Associate University Recruiters are typically the first point of contact with our applicants. You will be conducting phone screens with a detailed line of questions and partnering with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to determine the best possible fit for our applicants.

The Team Relations Specialist partners with designated business units to provide support in all instances pertaining to the growth and performance of team members. They will utilize sound judgment and employee relations tools to provide solutions, mediation, promote relationship building, and positive experiences for all team members. The ideal candidate has a high level of emotional intelligence, is solution-oriented, passionate about helping people, and excellent at communicating with all teams, leaders, and team members within the company.

The Team Member Relations Coordinator assists in the daily operation of the Team Relations tasks. Will be pulling metrics, conducting team member interviews and administrative support to the team.
