The Engagement Specialist for UZone is essential to the Engagement team, focusing on data preparation and analysis to support UZone and team activities. Responsibilities include monitoring and auditing UZone content, managing permissions and account settings, assisting with UZone training programs, diagnosing technical problems, and collaborating with the platform team to resolve issues and implement updates. Additionally, the specialist will help team members navigate UZone, manage metrics, and participate in enhancement projects.

This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily handling leave of absences. The Benefits Specialist will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed.
Our Payroll Specialists perform payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports and resolving any issues that may arise. This position will also be required to process a monthly commissioned based payroll in addition to the weekly payments.
