As a team, we report on people data and compile trending reporting for all teams within UWM. Our Campus Wellness Coordinator will focus on the health and well-being of Team Members through activities that improve morale, productivity and making UWM a great place to work. Responsibilities usually vary widely, keeping every day exciting. Generally, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, occasional evening/weekend hours might be required. Most time will be spent within our Fitness Center or surrounding outdoor campus areas. There may be some local travel involved if we participate in events with the community or local businesses.
The Team Member Relations Coordinator assists in the daily operation of the Team Relations tasks. Will be pulling metrics, conducting team member interviews and administrative support to the team.
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Benefits Compliance Specialist to join our Team Member Services team! As a benefits compliance specialist you will partner with the benefits team to audit and analyze data within our HRIS system, UKG, and our benefits platform, bswift. This role requires strong attention to detail and in-depth knowledge as you will be auditing and analyzing errors and implementing corrections and improvements.
This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily assisting the leave of absences team. The FMLA Coordinator will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed.
