The Senior Paralegal assists leaders on the Legal/Compliance team by performing a variety of legal and/or legal support duties, including reviewing and responding to employment related matters, assisting Operations, Closing and Post Closing when legal or contractual interpretations arise (e.g., reviewing trusts, divorce decrees, leases, stock compensation, title commitments, etc.), conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing pleadings, contracts and other documents, assisting with title related issues, and tracking and responding to subpoenas and other discovery requests.

At UWM, our Fair Lending Officer will aid in the assessment and remediation of risks associated with applicable fair lending laws. You will get in the weeds with respect to our HMDA data and oversee the fair lending program.  Plus, with the assistance of our third-party vendor, you will perform periodic analysis and lending and denial activity to document and address fair lending risks.  This position is a great opportunity to show off your data knowledge and skills as an industry expert in data and fair lending risk assessment. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with residential mortgage lending data and a deep understanding of statistics principles, specifically as they pertain to fair lending. This position reports directly to the Associate General...

A Title Abstractor locates, analyzes and evaluates title records for land, homes and other property. They perform research to make sure property has no restriction on its use or sale, such as delinquent taxes. This role requires 100% onsite attendamce in our Poniac office. 

The Vendor Coordinator is responsible for helping to identify and evaluate potential vendors, cultivating vendor relationships, and assessing vendor related risks. Onsite attendance is required.
