The Cash Bankruptcy Specialist plays a critical role in the mortgage servicing process by ensuring accurate and compliant processing of borrower payments, bankruptcy-related financial transactions, and cash application in accounts under bankruptcy protection. This role supports the company’s compliance with federal bankruptcy laws and investor guidelines while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
The Front-End Loss Mitigation Specialist plays a key role in the early stages of mortgage delinquency management. This position is responsible for reviewing borrower situations, gathering financial information, educating borrowers on available options, and initiating loss mitigation strategies to avoid foreclosure. The specialist ensures compliance with investor, regulatory, and company guidelines while providing high-quality customer service.
The Loss Mitigation Closer is responsible for managing the post-decision processes of mortgage loss mitigation solutions. This includes ensuring timely and accurate execution of final loan modifications, repayment plans, short sales, deeds-in-lieu, and other workout solutions. The specialist acts as a liaison between borrowers, investors, and internal departments to ensure compliance with investor, regulatory, and company requirements.
The Lockbox Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, reconciliation, and reporting of mortgage payments received through lockbox services. This role ensures all payments are correctly posted to customer accounts in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, working closely with treasury, servicing, and bank partners to resolve discrepancies and maintain high standards of data integrity. This position is 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan.
The Bankruptcy Oversight Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring mortgage loans involved in bankruptcy proceedings. This role ensures all accounts are serviced in compliance with federal bankruptcy laws, investor guidelines, and internal policies. The specialist acts as a liaison between internal departments, attorneys, bankruptcy trustees, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate handling of bankruptcy cases. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.
