We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Special Programs Coordinator – Community to join the Engagement team. This role is crucial in planning, executing, and managing a variety of charitable events and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, marketing, budgeting, and community engagement.

UWM is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to promote community awareness of our people-centric culture and mission of helping others. In addition to engaging the local community, you will also engage with our 8,000+ Team Members every day. You will help our users with navigating through our Pay It Forward charitable platform and network with outside charities/foundations both locally and nationally. This will involve management of relationships with our existing partners, and developing new ways for our Team Members to interact with the community and learn about different events.

This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily handling ADA Accommodations, and medical instances pertaining to Team Members. The Benefits Specialist will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed.

The Engagement Coordinator for UZone is a critical component of the Engagement team as they are involved in maintaining, training, and coordinating updates in UZone and projects related to the platform. This position is essential for the look and feel of pages andpage content through the back end of UZone.In addition, you will also be required to monitor UZone and audit systems, manage permission and account settings, update team processes and job aids, and projects.
