The Servicing Operations Specialist is a member of the Special Services team within the Servicing division at UWM. This team is responsible for Loan Boarding, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System), investor requests, all internal and external Servicing Audits and various adhoc requests that enter into the Servicing team.  The Servicing Operations Specialist role is an entry level role into the Special Services team and will be hired with a specific focus on Loan Boarding or MERS as well as other needs that arise.

At United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the Single Point of Contact (S.P.O.C.) Specialist plays a critical role in supporting homeowners facing financial hardship by acting as their primary liaison throughout the default servicing process. As a SPOC Specialist, you’ll provide personalized, high-touch service, guiding borrowers through options such as repayment plans, loan modifications, and other loss mitigation solutions — all while maintaining UWM’s gold-standard reputation for communication, accuracy, and client service. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.The shifts: 8am-5pm & 11am-8pm 

The Escrow Operations Business Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Escrow Operations leadership team with controls of core functions for the Escrow Operations team within the Mortgage Servicing department.  This position is responsible for assisting with the reconciling of reports and data received from key tier one vendors supporting Escrow Operations and helping to provide oversight into the overall vendor metrics and performance. The Escrow Business Coordinator will also assist with the updating of job aids and coordinating training efforts for the team with leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a deep understanding of escrow operations within a mortgage servicing environment.

The Paralegal assists leaders on the Legal team by performing a variety of legal duties, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, handling active and non-routine litigation matters, responding to subpoena and discovery requests, and maintaining confidential company records. This position requires 100% on-site attendance.

The Servicing Consumer Response Coordinator assists the Consumer Advocate and Compliance team in ensuring compliance with UWM's Consumer Compliant Policy and Procedures. They will play a key role in ensuring that all consumer complaints related to mortgage servicing are promptly, thoroughly, and accurately addressed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This individual will manage the intake, review, investigation, and response process for all consumer complaints—working collaboratively with internal servicing teams, subservicers, and compliance leadership to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement of servicing practices. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.

The Travel Coordinator will arrange travel for internal and external business clients by determining their travel requirements, while considering applicable schedules and costs. The Travel Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining business travel records and will be expected to perform various administrative functions for the Vendor Relations team.This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.
